Tuoi Nguyen - I have been working as a Product Owner in software companies more than 5 years. I love this job because it's really challenging and interesting. It motivates me keep learning and improving day by day. I live with the passion to create the positive change and challenging the status quo. 

As a Product Owner (PO), I manage the product at every stage of product development to ensuring the Return on Investment and solve the user problem:
- Collaborate with Stakeholders (Customer/sponsor, development team, end user, others) to capture the product vision, define the product strategy and road map to achieve the vision
- Product discovery: Empathize user to understand the problem, framing the problem, brainstorm the solution, prototype and testing to validate the solution before development team start building the feature
- Work close with development team and end users in delivery stage to maximizing the value of the product resulting, include:
+ Manage the product backlog, clearly expressing the product backlog item (grooming, write user story, write description, user flow, acceptance criteria), order items based on value, effort and risk to best achieve  the goal
+ Daily inspect and adapt the product backlog item in sprint backlog to maximize the business outcome
+ Lead development team to focus on the goal, do the right things and deliver the Minimum Viable Product asap to get user feedback early and continuously
+ Inspect the product after deliver to end user to validate the outcome
