I believe in the concept of success not by outcome however by the amount of effort one puts in. I have developed this as my moto along with a very strong work ethic by working for a various organization over the past 16 years. I believe that my strong experience and exposure to multiple domains allows me to bring in a lot of hands-on and derived experience.
My key strengths that would support my success in include:
- I have successfully designed, developed and supported live-use applications for Banking & Retail Businesses.
- Along with my team, I have built an e-commerce platform which at its peak had more than 12K registered members and more than 2K active members.
- I have a marginally successful exit on my startup, we built India's first free e-commerce platform which was free for Indian Retailers.
- I strive continually for excellence by applying lean theories from my Six Sigma skills.
- I provide exceptional contributions to the user experience by ensuring their interaction with the application or process is seamless.
With a BCom degree and focus on commerce, I had to prove my technical acumen at every stage. It took me more than 12 years to transition to Technology and Product/Project Management. On the way, I also became a Ruby on Rails Full Stack Developer and have enjoyed my journey. I have a comprehensive understanding of the full lifecycle for software development projects. I also have experience in learning and applying new technologies as appropriate. I also acquired various certification on the way to ensure my skills ver validated, I am a Certified Scrum Master along with Prince2 Practitioner.
