As a Senior Program Manager at BMO Financial Group, I have over 20+ years of experience in leading business and technology projects in the financial, insurance, and pension sector. I hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management (MCPM) from The George Washington University. My core competencies are applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies, forging diverse stakeholder relationships, and delivering complex programs that improve performance, adapt to change, and challenge the status quo. I coordinated BMO's acquisition of the Bank of the West (BOTW), integrating two different systems and processes.
