Previously worked as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at BMW, supporting multiple teams in the digital web configurator domain. Prior to that, I worked on a fast-paced, startup-like product initiative within Telefónica O2, shaping a diverse group of highly skilled and driven individuals into a cohesive Agile team with shared goals, ownership, and delivery focus.

Earlier in my career, I drove a lean transformation initiative at Honeywell Aerospace, focused on improving efficiency and turnaround time in aircraft engine repair operations.

I bring years of experience in multicultural and international environments, including close collaboration with distributed and remote teams.
