I am an Information Technology Manager in illimity Bank, an Italian financial institution founded in 2019. My responsibilities are to manage a group of 3 colleagues, the Collaboration Solutions team, and monitor the health status and user adoption of several information systems, focused on modern collaboration, like Microsoft Teams and Atlassian Jira. My main competencies are Project management, functional analysis and issue troubleshooting.
