Sky had engaged me to reduce the dropouts and improve the current checkout journey to become one of the best checkout experiences in the UK. The ultimate aim was to have one page checkout with social proofing and rich content design. As an Agile Business Analyst, have managed Backlog for Ideas, features/epics and user stories for new checkout design and checkout optimisation based on multiple prospect journeys. Worked closely with the team of Digital Experience Manager, UX/UI Designer, Principal Engineer, Developer and Testers to elaborate user stories and refine acceptance criteria. Identified and analysed the customer facing errors by analysing weekly and monthly stats in the Tableau and Adobe Omniture reports and Click Tale sessions. Analysed payment errors and its resolution with the technical teams on a weekly basis. In the retail and supply chain space, I specialise in delivering solutions in e-Commerce, Customer Ordering including checkout journey, Returns and Cancellations with forward and reverse logistics. As part of supply chain experience, I have also re-engineered purchase to pay, Invoicing, forecasting and replenishment of the stock, warehouse and store inventory management and delivery management of parcels (1-Man and 2-man deliveries).

The Colleague Transformation Programme was aiming to replace the key legacy HR and Payroll Solution with the Oracle Cloud platform as an Oracle Hosted Cloud Colleague and Finance Solution for Tesco Group to improve and enhance process, capability and security for Tesco colleagues. I was engaged to create a Data reconciliation strategy document for skinny and full data migration and worked with Oracle Data Migration Factory (DMF) team and Offshore Engineering team to ensure the system supports the business requirements.
Business Analyst/Product Owner (Integration) at Dixons Carphone (21 months)
Dixons had engamed me to be part of a project which was to replace existing legacy forecasting and replenishment systems i.e. Manugistics, with Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF) and Advance Inventory Planning (AIP) system for warehouse and store forecasting and stock replenishment by raising Purchase Orders which had enabled improved availability across selling channels (driving additional sales), reduced stock holding and most importantly a clean upgrade path to the base product.
