Christine Zimmerman

Christine Zimmerman is currently the IT Business Relationship Manager who work with various Agile teams that supports mulitple business units that specialize in low-income housing financial products.  She provides support for strategy, approvals, and review of roadmap planning for the ScrumMasters, Stakeholders,and Product Owners of multiple SCRUM teams. She has been in this role since February of 2022.

Christine Zimmerman previously worked as the Project Manager for an Agile team that supports three business units that specialize in low-income housing financial products.  She provides support primarily as the ScrumMaster, however, does provide additional support as Product Owner when necessary.  The development team consists of seven members and has releases twice a month.  January 2020 - February 2022.

Christine previously worked for Enterprise Community Loan Fund, Inc for the last 15 years in progressively responsible positions, with the last five years as the Portfolio Servicing Manager.  As the Portfolio Servicing Manager, she was responsible for all servicing processes and procedures for all lending and program activities, which included being the Product Owner for SalesForce development.  SalesForce is the system of record for all CRM, document management, and data collection for the business.  She successfully drove the vision of the implementation and continuous improvement of processes in the system, which is now an integral part of the business model.
