I've been working in the nexus of people, process and technology for 20+ years and it never gets old! I'm always looking for tools and techniques to help me be more effective in delivering value to my business stakeholders and that's why I've fallen in love with Scrum. I've got a knack for rapid process map creation and I love to look at processes with stakeholders to see where the "stupid" lives in the process. I love working on complex initiatives and have a very strong bias towards action.
