Agile leadership starts with a servant's heart. As a Scrum Master, I love motivating my team, guiding them to continually improve, help remove impediment and helping them reach their greatest potential.
Scrum's values are foundational to keeping my team grounded and reminding ourselves who we are and what we want to stand for.
I hope to one day become an Agile Coach across multiple teams for my company. My ultimate goal is to help usher my orginization into great agility!
