Phillip Manketo, is a Regional Agile Delivery Leader, Senior Agile Coach and Senior Scrum Master who consults with Fortune 100 companies and Federal Entities on business efficiency, process improvements, organizational change and large scale Agile transformations.
Most recently, Mr. Manketo has played a pivotal role shepherding the agile transformation for Fannie Mae. Starting in January 2015, standing-up two Scrum teams within Enterprise Data, the transformation now spans 200 Scrum Teams. This journey was recounted in an Experience Report, "Building Strong Foundations.. underwriting Fannie Mae's Agile Transformation" which was presented at Agile 2017. Additionally, Mr. Manketo serves as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Agile Delivery Leader for Eliassen Group's Agile Practice. In this role, Mr. Manketo routinely consults with new clients seeking to implement Scrum, and Scrum at scale.
Mr. Manketo, who has been a Board Member of AgileDC since 2011, and also Co-Chairs the Speaker Selection Committee, frequently speaks at Agile conferences and Scrum user groups. Some recent speaking engagments include: Agile 2017; AgileDC 2017, Agile Ashburn 2017, Agile Baltimore - Double-Shot of Agile 2016, AgilePalooza Washington DC 2016, and AgileDC 2016.
