With over six years of experience as a product owner in the healthcare industry, I have a passion for delivering innovative and user-friendly solutions that improve patient outcomes and provider efficiency. I hold a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) credential, CSPO and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Syracuse University.

As a Product Owner at NextGen Healthcare, I collaborated with product managers, clinical stakeholders, solutions architects, and clients to define and prioritize user stories for cloud-based, small practice electronic health record and population health applications. I facilitated continuous releases aligned with roadmap objectives related to EDI clearinghouse integration and 21st Century Cures certification. I also created and presented business-friendly presentations to communicate features and benefits to internal and external stakeholders. Previously, I worked as a Billing Manager and Financial Analyst at All Star Pediatrics, where I supervised the billing staff, produced and analyzed financial and quality reports, participated in payer contract renegotiation, and managed the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition process. I have a strong background in healthcare analysis, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
