Sharon Hoiland
My passion is coaching people and organizations to reach their dreams!
I come from a rural background and moved to an urban setting for my university education and work.
My first passion was teaching and through that I gained insight into the world of computing. Next I pursued work as a software developer and architectic and began working with groups and teams of people. I became interested in helping people and teams work effectively together to achieve their goals, which lead me to becoming a Scrum Master and then an Agile Coach. As I explored Agile Coaching more I became interested in the world of professional coaching and have pursued training and certification as a Certified Professional Coach.
Today I work as both an Agile Coach and a Professional Coach helping my clients to achieve both their goals and their dreams.
