Claudia Alarcon started her career in information technology fifteen years ago. She has experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Business Analyst, Usability Interaction Designer, and Technical Writer for a number of different companies. This includes software companies specializing in virtualization technologies, time and attendance software, biometrics, financial institutions, and most recently education.  She has experience working with Agile Scrum teams in financial institutions and software development companies.  

Certified Scrum Master  with seven years of diversified experience leading, facilitating and coaching Agile teams in industries such as Insurance, Mobile, Satellite Communication, Information Technology, Education, Health Care, E-Commerce and Customer Service • Certified Scrum Master and Six Sigma White Belt Certification. • Active member of the Scrum Alliance and the South Florida Agile Association • Ten years’ experience in Business Analysis and Technical Writing for computer software in industries such as banking and finance, networking, electrical utilities, CRM, Higher Education and Health Care Industry • Leader and self starter who excels in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills • A quick learner with a keen interest in how information technology can improve the lives of customers.
