Arne Goudeseune

Hi Everyone, I'm Arne Goudeseune.

After I graduated Ghent University with a masters degree in commercial sciences, I started working as an auditor at KPMG Belgium. 
Living near the Port of Antwerp, I was very attracted to the chemical and shipping business. At the beginning of my career I was part of the team that carefully audited the financial statements of BASF, Total, EML and many others. Later on, I got to supervise the teams performing the audit.

Being attracted to working in a project-driven environment where I got to analyze processes and risks together with customers, I however wasn't really interested in diving deep in the accounting related aspects of my work. That was the trigger to look for something else where I could focus on values that are really important to me: People, Projects and Processes.
