I have transformed an organization to deliver changes on the SAP platforms to deliver changes in 4 weeks from 12 weeks. During this transformation, two challenges were overcome 1. Technical constraints e.g. environments and object sharing and 2 ways of working e.g. business change management as well as ITSM process. Team of 25 were trained, coached, and mentored to adopt and adapt to scrum practices. Delivered the first sprint and then handed over to inhouse Agile coach to drive further improvements.
Recovered failing transformation project for a bank - insurance claims process function the scope was to bring back the DevOps transformation program on the track, recover by reprioritizing objectives. So conducted workshops using design thinking techniques and coached the team to practice Scrum and Kanban and established DevOps strategy to deliver the benefits as per the business case. It took six months to deliver the first benefit milestone. KANBAN was used for delivery of engineering work on tooling and Scrum was used to deliver the feature delivery capabilities.
Delivered MAinframe DevOps solution using KANBAN , the scope was to establish the DevOps solution strategy and ways of working for customer and supplier to work as one team.
