I have over 5 years of Experience in a Functional role with experience in Business Analysis and Risk Management. I believe in continuously learning, working in a collaborative and challenging environment with a client-centric focus.
My Knowledge and experience in QA methodologies and Best Practices in an Agile environment helps me perform my day to day duties and responsibilities with utmost efficiency 
Over the years, I have honed my technical and management skills in my preparations to take on bigger responsibilities. 
Currently, I work at Deloitte consulting. Here I am a liaison between Business and Technology stakeholders to help clients to solve complex Business Problems and achieve organizational goals by delivering solutions which add value to their business.

In the past, I worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Senior Software Tester where CITI Bank-North America (NA) was my major Client. I worked on their card applications which helped them minimize risk and fraud in advance. I have completed Six-Sigma Certification which helped me to improve testing efficiency by reducing redundancies and handovers. I have received many client appreciation awards for my hard work, dedication, and performance on the projects.
Later in my career, I decided to Pursue higher studies which made me move to the United States.

I have completed Master of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management at the University of Florida. Here I developed extensive experience and knowledge in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, and Quality Assurance. During this period I also did an Internship with Infinite Energy where I was provided with opportunities to apply my classroom knowledge and real-world cases fresh from the consulting practice under top professionals.
