Jose Quiles

Jose is a Senior Vice-President, Treasury Transformation Controls Lead, Unit Manager & Program Manager for Citi's Finance Organization, managing a high performing team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Liquidity SMEs. In 2023, Jose was promoted from SVP (C14) to SVP (C15, Director Level Role). Before joining the Liquidity Transformation Organization, Jose served as Senior Vice-President, US Corporate Service Department Head & Sr. Global Service Manager, working with corporate Treasury Departments to achieve a superior client experience and operational efficiency. Jose has over 19 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, specializing in end-to-end Client Experience, Relationship Management, Project Management, and the implementation of Cash Management, Treasury and Liquidity solutions. Jose has a proven track record of building creative solutions, optimizing treasuries, managing complex projects, implementations and creating strong partnerships by understanding the way his clients do business and their cash management needs. Jose holds an MBA from Syracuse University as well as extensive Project Management Education. Jose also holds multiple industry-recognized certifications, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified in Business Agility by IC-Agile, and Certified Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS-E), among others. In his personal time, Jose enjoys playing tennis, running, mountain biking, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his daughters and wife.
