A digital professional, experienced in coaching, training and supporting both business and technology teams journey towards agility. My mind-set is pragmatic and based on lean thinking, and I put these values and principles into practice sensibly by helping teams use the appropriate agile framework and tool to harness continuous improvement, and enable the shortest sustainable lead-time with quality. I'm always conscious that there is no 'one size fits all' approach.

Acting as a supporter across organisations:

For Product teams, I am experienced in coaching teams in key practices, creating & managing product backlogs to create incremental value. In addition, I drive Agile product thinking to coach the business on how we can create a core set of features to achieve value outcomes iteratively, in order to validate ideas early & mitigate risk.

For Technical teams, I support setting the goals of Agile software development, to create an infrastructure conducive to agility paired with mind set of ‘building quality in’ through the best practices available. Using Agile practices to identify the core set of outcomes that will bring early business value, and essentially enable the team to see their work put to use by customer’s sooner. Fostering an environment for teams to harness their talents, and importantly enjoy what they're doing.

For the Business, I have experience in facilitating the adoption of lean thinking & pragmatic agile practices across business areas spanning technology, and working along side other agile coaches & scrum masters, to increase awareness and adoption of agile throughout the business.
