With 5 years of experience at technology companies, I have experience in driving the strategy and growth at a large enterprise and at an incubated start-up. My experience involves leading large-scale Product Design efforts, right from discovering the user needs and validating the product hypothesis to visualizing and testing the experiences for a diverse user base, all of which contributed to overall product development and growth.

I enjoy building agile teams and defining culture and processes that enable teams to grow and succeed in a repeatable and predictable manner. First, during my time at Cvent, I took the initiative to set up the Lean-UX process for the designers in the India office, which greatly reduced the turn-around time for design deliverables and increased productivity by saving a lot of time which was wasted due to lack of process.

I utilize Product Management agile techniques to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.

With a background in graphic design and highly collaborative nature, I'm a big proponent of getting ideas down quickly by sketching, sharing early with product and development teams, and using data to iterate quickly to deliver exceptional user experiences.
