As a seasoned Agile Project Manager with over 17+ years of over all experience, I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. I am passionate about leading teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

I have extensive experience in managing multiple teams across various domains, including P&C Insurance and  Healthcare, Travel & Hospital ity, Airlines sub domain, Print & Media, CRM, HRMS, Education Analytics domain.I have successfully handled project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, quality assurance, and performance monitoring. I am also skilled in using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. 
Additionally, I hold others certificate such as Certified ScrumMaster® , Certified Product Owner® & SAFe 5 Practitioner® , Certified SAFe 5/6 Agilist®  demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

So far I have helped in delivering more than 12 software development projects and managed all aspects including planning, team management, governance and resourcing while meeting quality goals and maintaining strong customer focus. I've worked with teams of varying sizes spread across multiple geo-locations.

In addition to my Project Management and coaching skills I am also skilled in software development, user experience and user interface design. Since I started my career as an web developer, I have a strong passion for logical programming & design practices and general usability. I'm a geek at heart and extremely passionate about technology.
