Deepak Vijayaraghavan is passionate about enterprise transformation and change management. He strongly believes that people are crucial to effecting organizational changes. Empowering people with right products and solutions will enable them to be leaders of change. Building customer centric solutions are pivotal to business transformation efforts.
Deepak has more than 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst and 4 years as a Product Owner. As a business analyst he has worked on several enterprise wide initiatives in wealth management space, such as business process integration for on-boarding new customers, digital/robo advice solutions, portfolio model management, proposaling and rollover tools for investment advisors. As a product owner he has been spearheading transformational efforts on building client centric wealth platforms.
Deepak is also an experienced teacher. He has delivered several organization wide courses on Requirements Gathering and Management, Persona Based Approach to Requirements, and Agile Requirements. He is an Agile practitioner and has been instrumental in mentoring and grooming young product owners in the organization.
Deepak has a post graduate degree in MBA, majoring in Finance from BIM, Trichy, India and an undergraduate degree in Engineering, majoring in Electronics from Anna University, Chennai, India.
