Ann Gleave

Ann Gleave has 21 years work experience in the defense industry and 15 years in career consulting industry.  Certifications include  Agile Leader I & II, Professional Product Owner, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Earned Value Management, Leading Ethical Organizations, Root Cause Analysis and Facilitation .  Ann promotes servant leadership through building strong community within her team, organization and company.  She uses here cross-functional skill sets to promote the development of other team members allowing all to be valued by leadership and cohorts alike.

Ann business savy and communication skills are key to the success of teams she participates on.  She shows commitment to being actively engaged and by doing what is necessary to create the best results possible.  By working closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization she is able to communicate different messages to different people about team projects at any given time.

While at home Ann enjoys spending time with her large family.  Together they enjoy cooking, visiting, playing games and going to grandchildren’s extracurricular activities.  Ann and her husband of enjoy traveling to warm beaches with white sand and great snorkeling.  Building trusting relationships at home, in her community and at work are a top priority.
