Steven Eliot is a Certified Scrum Master and Senior Project Manager with a diverse technical background. He leads day-to-day project activities and is counted on for his ability to support the team and product owners by removing impediments, be impactful with problem solving, define and track scopes, budgets and timelines and effectively report and communicate key information to all stakeholders.

His strengths lie in his ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously while leading teams to, deliver on time and budget with the utmost quality. He is enthusiastic and passionate about he does and is always looking to strengthen himself as a leader by learning from project successes and challenges and applying that knowledge to improve process and execution.
