Michael Flint

With over 20 years of experience in multiple industries as Manager, Architect, Leader and Director over SAP ERP Administration and Operations, Michael Flint now serves as the IT Operations Manager at 3M, overseeing 3Ms IT Operational transformation to AIOPS, leveraging Splunk, Splunk ITSI, Phantom, and SAP PowerConnect for Splunk.  Michael holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Iowa State University.  He is a Scrum Alliance Certified Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master, and he holds a certification in TOGAF 9 from the Open Group.  Michael is a lifelong Scouter and a recipient of the prestigious Eagle Scout and Arrow of Light ranks from the Boy Scouts of America.  In his spare time, which waxes and wanes, Michael adores spending time with his wife and 2 children, reading epic fantasy novels, walking for “think time”, hiking to reconnect with nature and running or biking a few miles “just for fun”.
