Amanda Kinney: As a flexible and diverse employee for 10+ years at my current employer, I have had the fortune of gaining experience in multiple areas of software development.  My management style is to inspire and motivate teams to continually grow.  I strive to be as versatile as possible and am willing to do whatever needs to be done, as shown by my travelling to India for 6 weeks, the Philippines for 5 weeks, and Louisiana for 6 weeks to train partner companies and customers.  I recently became a Certified Scrum Master and I am getting certified as a Scrum Product Owner in March.
