Casonia Smith

Casonia Smith is a Senior Business Analyst and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) with a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential, focused on eCommerce and ERP systems. She turns business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that development and QA teams can build and test against.

At Ability Commerce, Casonia wrote the requirements for each module of an order management system as it migrated from a legacy platform to the cloud (Azure), and worked with QA along the way. She also supported Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime and Vendor Central integrations, including UAT test plans and working with the client through testing. She designs workflows to help users get tasks done in fewer clicks.
