Florian Latzel

During his education as Software Engeneer, Florian learnd about extreme programming (XP) as part agile software development in 2003.
Compared to other Software development processes like spiral development or waterfall, XP was more sympatic to me and my fellow students.

In 2009 Florian started his agile journey as freelance software developer at BerlinOnline at a project, where got in touch the with the scrum framework for the first time. He was completly hooked about the way of handling work and peoples. It felt like good, rational and sustainable way of realising products and projects. 

In 2013 he collected his first experience as Product Owner.

In 2015 Florian decided to certify himself as Professional Scrum Master, PSM1 to educate himself and learn more about this role.

Since 2016 he 'swiched' from the Development Team to Scrum Master role to have a more focus on coaching and training
