María Jose Greloni

Currently, I am Executive Director at Kubadili where we combine agile, design thinking, and innovation to promote social impact and development.

I like projects that are co-created between different sectors as government, nonprofits and the private sector. I address complex challenges, in a way that brings interdisciplinary teams together.

This collaborative approach and curiosity towards understanding humans led me to pursue to have a global understanding, having lived and worked in countries like Canada, USA, France, China.

In the past, as Director of Innovation and Communities at Wingu I designed and implement high-impact solutions for different NGO’s trough technology. Developed new projects and global relation strategies to promote networks, generate opportunities in different communities all around Latin America. Also, I have been working with citizen generated data and campaigning as a way to create advocacy.

As a fast learner with proven creativity, cross country project manager, strategic planning and marketing skills, I am eager to continue fostering and facilitating impact innovation across sectors .
