Michael Principe is a highly-motivated and resourceful IT professional with a record of delivering successful projects and solutions since 1993. Although aware of Agile since 2004, he was formally introduced to Scrum at Comerica in 2012, and, being a consultant, has the challenge of assessing clients abilities and culture with each engagement to determine the level of Agile that can be implemented and then doing so.
