Martin König

Martin König story started 1968.

Thirty years later, Martin decided to start to deliver custom web applications. Because he was just convicted this is the right way. In 2004, the most progressive guys in Martin's teams started to call him "ScrumMaster".

But Martin did not care much about. You know: no gym, no steroids, just genes. 

Later on, Martin met several peoples buzzing the scrum principles around. Huge thanks from Martin to Joshua Kerievsky for the article "Stop Using Story Points"!  Martin enjoyed the reading well to prove himself,  he is still on the right track. 

Now, in the middle of the GenerationAgile, Martin is still proud to be part of it.

Martin gained in the PreAgile age enormous experience as a freelanced Project Manager / Project Supplier and transformed this experience into a unique framework developed for managing hi-traffic backlogs called MaxAgi. The MaxAgi allows MaximumAgility on any given state of the project independently on the count of  Team Members, Teams or Stakeholders.

Martin is recognized as an influential leader and exceptional manager with value-add, a highly desirable combination of communication, presentation, and cross-functional team management skills. Unique abilities to effectively communicate highly technical concepts to cross-functional teams (Senior Engineers, IT, Sales, Marketing) and lead complex projects to success, timely completion.
