I have several years of experience in digital product development, working across industries such as FMCG, consumer appliances, and digital publishing. My work has focused on e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and broader digital product ecosystems, often operating at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.
Earlier in my career I worked closely with customer support and community initiatives, helping build feedback loops that informed product improvements and strengthened the connection between users and development teams. This experience shaped my interest in creating products that are not only technically sound but also aligned with real user needs.
I’m particularly interested in agile transformation, business agility, and continuous improvement. Much of my work has taken place in scaling environments where teams, processes, and platforms evolve rapidly. I enjoy helping organizations create structure and clarity in these situations, enabling teams to collaborate effectively and deliver meaningful digital products.
