Syed Fuzail Hasan

Syed Fuzail Hasan is an agile practitioner, follower and evangelist with more than 14 years of IT industry experience. His IT experience ranges from technology consulting, solution design, training and management. He has diverse experience working with cross-functional teams and customers across geographies.

He is experienced in Project Integration and Management, Incident/Problem Management, Project Delivery, Resource Optimization, Change Request Management, Training & Development, Pre-sales Strategy and Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Post-sales Planning & Field Support.

He has been working all throughout product life cycle from SDLC to sales cycle including presentations, demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, solution design and architecture, bill of material, SOW and pricing.

He works closely with business teams and product marketing to position and sell solutions. Interfacing with Product Marketing & Engineering teams on customer needs and feature requirements. He works with Product Owners and Business Analyst Teams to create and maintain the product backlog using scrum practices (like backlog grooming, prioritization, estimation revisions and release planning). Working with System Integrators, ecosystem partners and contractors for creating cost effective and competitive solution.

He has been leading teams for software development and Service Provider based deployments with expertise in Cloud, Migrations, CRM, Database, Billing, Video Encryption, AAA, Video Compression, Video & content delivery, Data Access technologies.

He adopts Scrum as agile method of execution of projects due to the fact that the applications being developed are for new line of business where the requirements are evolving and changing frequently. 

He truly believes in agile values, principles and follows scrum values of Focus, Courage, Openness, Commitment and Respect. He is a team player who believes in delivering customer delight following Agile in its true spirit.

He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and is an Electronics engineering graduate. He is also a Certified Scrum Master and a certified Agile Team Facilitator (ICP-ATF).
