Hi there, it’s nice to meet you! My name is Felicia. I am a humanist at heart and do everything I can to help those around me. In my personal life, that’s supporting my family and volunteering as a grief group facilitator. In my professional life, that’s being a customer advocate to deliver products that make their lives easier.

As a Product Manager in the technology industry, I've had the opportunity to work with and curate phenomenal development teams using agile methodology to produce sustainable software products that delight the end user. In addition, I've sat on leadership teams to define product strategy, create product roadmaps, engage with users, and help manage change within organizations.

With a Master of Science in Technical Communication, I remain passionate about writing, researching, designing, and communicating clearly. The writing of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria are the foundation of communication for delivering delightful products as a Product Manager, and I’m looking forward to experiencing new writing experiences in my career.
