I have over twelve years of experience in a variety of environments and specializes in helping companies adopt and improve their use of agile processes and techniques in order to build extremely high performance development organizations. I Have previously served as Developer Manager for almost three years, also as a software developer  and a bussiness analist, in diferents softwares architectures using .Net plattaform. I run my first Scrum project in 2013, since then I have been an agile process enthusiast.
