Martin Hornsey

Martin Hornsey - Programme Manager also working as Stage Manager, Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master and Delivery Manager at need. I started my career as a developer working on corporate software development. I have been working in Broadcast for over 25 years, spanning Sky, Cisco and YouView, Playtech and Everyone TV.

I've been an agile advocate and practitioner since the late 90s, originally with DSDM and rapid prototyping systems, more recently with managing Scrum teams in the servant-leader model. I'm PMI-certified and hold a triple-accredited MBA. I've previously completed a PCiM, a PgDip in Computing for Commerce & Industry and I hold a BSc in Physics from Nottingham University.

Outside of work I'm a father, before which I was a SCUBA diver, jogger and keen gamer from boardgames and roleplaying games through to console, PC and VR. I live in Cornwall with my wife and family.
