I am a highly motivated Agile and Lean Manager, Team Leader and Coach with many years of experience successfully implementing major technology projects in large and complex environments.

Experienced in Agile and Lean principles and techniques such as Kanban and Scrum. I remain current in these fields by primarily being a practitioner and helping my team improve as well as attending relevant meetups, conference, courses and being well read.

I am also an Agnostic Agile Practitioner, I adapt and tailor agility to and for my customer, even if this means improving upon or tailoring any given framework to the degree that will benefit my customer. My customer may be the company that I work for, the client (and/or) end client that is receiving my services, or even other agile practitioners with whom I am working.

Also experienced in traditional project management as described by the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK).
