As an agile citizen at BioSystems I operate effectively amid uncertainty, complexity, and rapid change taking advantage of my knowledge about Agile values, approaches, and practices.

I try to surface more creative solutions through increased self-awareness, a growth mindset, and by engaging others. I like to align and empower team members toward efficiently delivering value.

Also, I intergate feedback and experiments so I can find ways to improve and adapt my work. This allows me to take a collaborative continuous-improvement approach to organizational effectiveness. Also, this allows me to catalyze change in others and this facilitates organizational change.

My current responsibilities range from architecture, design, coding, test automation and team support. I'm also in charge of coaching and mentoring other team members . Additionally I'm actively involved in the agile transformation of the whole Software I+D department, obviously with the unvaluable help of other team members.
