Veteran Senior Leader and Coach experienced in all stages of the SDLC. In over 25 years in the industry, I was involved in projects as software engineer, software architect, and agile leader. The projects varied from small one-engineer software projects to large multi-deca-million, multi-year, distributed, multicultural system projects.
In terms of processes and practices I was involved in Agile, CMMI, Cyber Security, DevOps, DevTestOps, Feature-Based, Kanban, PMI, Scrum and SDLC in general.
My experience with Cyber Security is in the areas of cloud/on-premises transmission encryption (BIOVIGIL), biometric access control to in-store systems (Domino's) and training/coaching 600+ team members (Nexient).
Out of this experience I consider myself now more a Culture Change Coach because without changing the culture teams don't have a chance to become really Agile.
