I have extensive business, technical and solution expertise across Retail, Security and financial industries. Additionally with over 16 years of exposure and experience in the IT sector, I continue to provide a strong consultative capability to organizations looking to drive value from their IT investments. I have gained Project Management experience performing different roles in PMO team in last 6 years. I have Implemented Oracle Retail Suite of applications and Oracle Financials for a number of retailers across the world. I have managed team comprising of resources from different nationalities with multi-offshore development model.

I have started using Agile get the work consistently and efficiently at the client projects and Also use the framework to develop products for Arroit Services INC. Having all round experience in Technology, Project Management and Scrum Product Owner gives me great Insight in the work i do. I am very passionate about the work and work life balance.
