A seasoned IT Professional with 14 Years of experience in Software Testing and Agile Product Development. An Agile practitioner, a CSM (Certified Scrum Master), SAFe Agilist experience involving Project Initiation, Planning, Estimation, Execution and Project Closure of strategic and diverse business solutions. Associated with Harman Connected Services (formerly known as Symphony Teleca Corporation, India Pvt ltd) since Sept'2012. Decisive, action-oriented and results-focused professional focused on agile values and principle driven Project Management. 

Accomplished servant-leader, help organization release large-scale software programs on time and on budget by effectively collaborating, facilitating, leading and coaching Scrum team. I was introduced to scrum world and started working as a scrum team member back in the first half of the year 2012. While working as a scrum team member I started transitioning myself from the legacy software development practices to agile scrum. Currently, am playing the role of an active scrum master involved in planning and executing agile scrum projects. Have been facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospective. Conducting regular trainings and mentoring the team to help them understand the various vital aspects of Scrum and scrum values, to adapt by adhering to best agile practices and to utilize the scrum aspects with optimism, to handle complex projects using scrum ideologies. Helping the team in understanding release planning and how the team can deliver quality releasable product increments with utmost customer satisfaction. It is getting closer to 5 years of scrum practices and the journey has been really exciting in many orientation and has made me a scrum passionate.
