Steve Cooney is a highly-respected IT professional who has built his reputation on his proven ability to deliver quality software products and services to his clients throughout his career, comprising more than 18 years. Earlier, he spent several years working in the Health industry where he acquired excellent communication and customer-facing skills, and skills in training and workforce development.

Steve has a background as seasoned application and software systems architect and developer who has specialised in bespoke software development, systems integration and customization of COTS desktop, client-server, and n-tier software products and tools, in particular Microsoft .Net managed code and earlier enterprise products, as well as Embarcadero and Idera solutions for enterprise and mobile development. In more recent years he has focussed primarily on software development process, agile software product delivery and coaching mentoring and sustaining high performing software development teams. He takes a pragmatic approach by incorporating the best of frameworks and methodologies of Scrum, Lean Manufacturing and Kanban. Steve is a Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance)
