I am a Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach, Kanban enthusiast (KMP-I) and Systemic Coach from Hamburg, Germany.
As a coach and trainer, I am particularly inspired by the unique characteristics of each person and how this diversity can be used to promote effective and valuable collaboration.
One focus of my work is the promotion of self-organization and personal responsibility. I encourage people to make decisions and take responsibility for the results. With my work, I strive to achieve sustainable change that leads to better collaboration and higher performance in the long term.
