I am managing the Pega projects for SCB where I have multiple scrum teams to handle the deliverables.I am overseeing the project delivery and architecture stream collectively.
Main work stream is on technology from where I have to work on the design and emerge the architecture for each workflow and automation.
I have delivered many self-service modules to business users which made technology independent for frequently asked changes.
