Joshua Middleton

Josh Middleton is a highly seasoned product owner with over eight years of experience leading elite teams in the fintech SaaS space, most recently serving as Global Product Owner for the world’s most profitable hedge fund of all time (Citadel), where he managed a team of 25+ accountants, business analysts, and software engineers on an end-to-end, firmwide project of selecting, onboarding, and steady state management for a new accounting platform (Advent Geneva). Prior to that, Josh spent five years at Citco Technology as a product owner, converting legacy applications to Saas offerings and managing a product backlog for Citco's flagship, client-facing P&L application used by 100+ hedge fund clients. Josh began his career at Credit Suisse, working with trading desks and middle office teams to construct and execute complex wire transfers.

Josh's skill-sets include product and project management, business process optimization, implementing Agile frameworks within product development teams, team building, stakeholder engagement and management, and developing strategic roadmaps and KPIs. He uses his experience in the banking and hedge fund industries to consistently deliver high-quality software products and deliver tangible value to clients.

When Josh is not focusing on product development, you can find him skiing remote mountains and exploring new restaurants!
