Sara Patton

Sara is a Senior Scrum Master II for Nu Skin Enterprises located in Provo, Utah. Sara is from Los Alamitos, California and attended Brigham Young University where she graduated from the School of Business Management, Finance and eared a BS degree.  She started her career at Nu Skin as a Business Analyst in 1999.  She worked in the Commissions organization for 12 years as a Business Analyst and Product Owner, overseeing the payments to Nu Skin distributors, managing commission processes, and developing new compensation plan initiatives.  Sara has focused her work during the last several years as a Product Owner of Web Applications for distributors and internal customers.  She managed the ETL processes from the SAP system, commissioning system, and Oracle databases.  As Nu Skin started a transition from Waterfall to Agile methodology, Sara worked as an aid in the adoption of Agile best practices.  She studied and researched the role of ScrumMaster as she slowly took on the additional position.  In February 2017, she attended the CSM two-day training and was committed to Scrum and the Agile values it represents.  In October 2017, she was certified as a CSPO.  Sara recently accepted a Project Manager/ScrumMaster position in the IT organization working with the Digital teams of Nu Skin.  She loves working with her new Scrum team as she leads and coaches her Product Owner and team to deliver continuous value to the business.
