Chad Alspach - Hello! I have over 14 years of experience in user experience (UX) design, web design, product management, content management, qualitative and quantitative research, and web development. As a UX manager at Farmers Insurance, I created the Farmers UX Research Program. I have solved design problems for numerous high profile projects. I have built many prototypes, new design concepts and have tested them with more than 300 agents and customers for one-on-one moderated qualitative research. To help build a great customer experience at Farmers, I created the Farmers Customer Experience Design Council.
