At GE (11 years), founded Brazil's first Finance IT PMO from scratch, delivered the first Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP go-live in Brazil (5-month timeline, 40-person multi-country team, during COVID-19), and led a global ERP platform turnaround — triaging a 500+ item backlog into a 300-feature roadmap delivered across Finance Shared Services hubs in North America, Europe, MENAT, Asia, and LATAM. At Booking.com, designed the end-to-end Demand-to-Delivery operating model governing a delivery ecosystem of 60+ people across 4 vendors, with full E2E program management from initiation to go-live for the ServiceNow platform.
