Terra Huerta: I am a Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Product Owner. I have been implementing parts of Scrum/Agile concepts into my organization for 3 years now. There has been a lot of change within my company in the last decade. With that change, adaptation and flexibility became a major challenge for many of us. Management, including myself, are responsible for coaching our teams to best deal with these changes while keeping everyone's psychological safety in mind. I am a people-person and always put the best interest of my team first. I believe a happy team with a sense of purpose and a clear vision will create the best results. I look forward to expanding my knowledge within the Scrum/Agile community.
