Paresh Deshpande is an Agile enthusiast with experience in implementing Agile with result oriented goals and thriving in challenging environments. Specialized in team building, thinking outside the box, agile coaching and introducing and implementing transformation to various teams. I bring with me 16 years of work experience in the IT industry with my primary focus being on project & program management using Agile methodology. With a Software ENGG Background, I started as a Java Developer and have worked my way vertically to a project/program management function. My Agile Journey started in year 2006 while working for New York based client Mckinsey & Company. Ever since then I have been executing projects using Scrum. I played role of scrum master for clients like Mckinsey & Company, TD Ameritrade and Ness Technologies. My role got more challenging while working for New York based Company (Golden Source Corporation). Golden Source Corporation was changing the development methodology from Waterfall to Agile. I played role of Agile Transformation Manager. In 1year and 5 months we were able to successfully execute projects using scrum. In last 3 years I have taken training more than 260 HRS. Tavant Technologies ( Developers , Quality Assurance Team ) = 3 days (2 sessions) CMG Financials ( Product Owners & Project specialist ) = 3 days (2 sessions) Golden Source Corporation ( Product Manager, Developers , VP ) = 3 days (9 sessions) Just to summarize : 1.
