I've been working with agile methodologies since 2004 while I worked as a product manager of the Atlas.cz email solution. I was responsible for email service product development and I prepared business requirements for dedicated team of developers. Lately I worked as a Product director responsible for the overall product strategy. I always emphasized on close relationship with development teams and individuals from IT. Only that way can lead to the product success and mutual satisfaction. Since 2007 I continued to work in product ownership roles in telecommunication industry mainly on eCommerce solutions. Both developed internally or outsourced, but always under more or less agile framework. This experience gave me strong persuasion that only agile way of development is the right thing for online, customer facing application where flexibility is the main requirement. Now I continue in my agile education and work both as a product owner and agile consultant.
